Is it really possible to laugh one's ass off?

We think it's not actually possible to laugh one's ass off. Because if it were, A Reader's Respite's butt would look like the one on Kate Moss, thanks to this little tidbit (courtesy of Misfit)....

    Ok, I'm not even going to comment on the Queen because I came here to say: It's your fault I just lost an hour of my life. I went over to FU Penguin - and scrolled back so many older posts that my wrist is now sore. I'm crying with laughter over here, waking up my no-longer-sleeping toddler. That guy is filthy mouthed but brilliant.
